Kristapsons Smoked Salmon is a staple at my house. Family brunches always include it as it elevates my eggs benny to incredible heights and makes me popular with adults and kids alike. No party is complete without my smoked salmon mousse and a prettily-plated side. I've been savouring Kristapsons' salmon for years and it is still, by far the best I've tasted anywhere. It's got the perfect melt in your mouth texture and it's not salty or fishy like other smoked salmon I've had.  I will keep coming back for this delicious delight for as long as Andris cares to make it.
